目的:探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)的表达与喉鳞癌(SCCL)的关系。方法:对35例经病理证实SCCL患者的肿瘤组织及其邻近的正常粘膜,运用反转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)、光密度半定量法,分别检测其cyclinD1的表达程度。结果:发现几乎所有的肿瘤标本的的表达量要高于正常粘膜(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移者的表达量要明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);表达量与TMN分期也有明显的相关性(P<0.01);但与病理分级无关(P>0.05)。在性别和年龄分布上表达的程度也无差异。结论:cyclinD1表达程度的检测技术可能成为判断SCCL患者的治疗效果及预后估计的提示性依据。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclin D1 and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (SCCL). Methods: The expression of cyclinD1 was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and semi-quantitative optical density in 35 cases of pathologically confirmed tumor tissue and its adjacent normal mucosa. Results: It was found that the expression of all the tumor samples was higher than that of the normal mucosa (P <0.05), and the expression of lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05) There was also a significant correlation with TMN staging (P <0.01), but not with pathological grade (P> 0.05). There is no difference in the degree of gender and age distribution. Conclusion: The detection of cyclinD1 expression level may be a suggestive basis for judging the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients with SCCL.
