涡旋式微型压缩机的性能已进行过理论研究。特别是,稀薄气体效应下,影响微型压缩机性能的最重要因素—泄漏的计算。当泄漏间隙非常小时,稀薄气体效应对泄漏流有着重大影响。涡旋形参数在50~500um间优化。此外,本文还提出了一种用于涡旋式微型压缩机的采用压电调节器的驱动装置。
The performance of the scroll micro-compressor has been studied theoretically. In particular, the calculation of leaks, the most important factor that affects the performance of a miniature compressor under the effect of lean gas. When the leakage gap is very small, the lean gas effect has a significant effect on the leakage flow. The vortex parameters are optimized between 50 ~ 500um. In addition, a driving device using a piezoelectric actuator for a scroll micro-compressor is proposed.
