通脉降糖胶囊对糖尿病患者血粘度的影响山西医学院第一附属医院（０３０００１）何国芬，胡绍华，张志利，曹泽民中医活血化淤法治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的有效性引人注目。通脉降糖方系由黄芪、生地、水蛭等中药组合成方，具有润阴补气，活血化淤的功效。本文旨在观察该药对糖尿病临床患者血粘度的影响。临床资料３１例Ⅱ型糖尿病人，诊断完全按１９８０年ＷＨＯ所订标准确诊。其中：男１５例，女１６例；年龄：５３．５２±９．７岁；血压１７．８２±４．１９／１１．４７±３．０３ｋＰａ。临床表现多以疲乏无力、消瘦、多饮、多尿、口干为主诉，少数有多食现象。慢性并发症以神经病变为多。表现末梢肢体疼痛、麻木、发凉、多汗、会阴部及腹壁疼痛；此外尚有排尿不畅；视网膜病变大多为背景样眼底，极少数有新生血管可见；肾脏病变为尿蛋白＋～＋＋；心脏表现为心电图Ｔ波倒置，ｓ－Ｔ段下降，个别病例有关节强直，疼痛。给药方法：中药由吉林四平制药厂提供。每胶囊含生药０．５克，每日服１０～１５粒。按计量食谱进餐。共二个月。采用病人自身前后对照。结果１．临床情况：全部病人经饮食控制和治疗后，“三多”症状消失，疲乏无力改善，精神好，体重稳定或增加；其中１５例有末稍神经痛、发凉、多
