目的探讨牡蛎肉提取物对类固醇性骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法40只3月龄SD大鼠,随机分成年龄对照组(A组)、泼尼松组(B组)、低剂量牡蛎组(C组)、高剂量牡蛎组(D组)。A组灌生理盐水4mg·kg-1.d-1,B组予4mg·kg-1.d-1泼尼松灌胃,C组灌胃给予牡蛎肉提取物5g·kg-1.d-1+醋酸泼尼松4mg·kg-1.d-1,D组给予牡蛎肉提取物10g·kg-1.d-1+醋酸泼尼松4mg·kg-1.d-1,共90d。实验结束后,处死全部大鼠,取尺骨和血清做生化指标测定。结果泼尼松可致大鼠尺骨羟脯氨酸的含量减少,骨钙、骨磷、骨锌、骨铁的含量显著降低;血钙显著升高,碱性磷酸酶含量降低。牡蛎提取物可提高大鼠骨钙、骨磷、骨锌、骨铁含量;使血钙降低恢复正常,碱性磷酸酶浓度升高,各项指标均接近正常对照组水平,且高剂量组比低剂量组效果更明显。结论牡蛎肉提取物可以有效防治泼尼松引起的骨代谢紊乱。
Objective To investigate the effect of oyster meat extract on bone metabolism in rats with steroid-induced osteoporosis. Methods Forty three-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: A group, prednisone group, low-dose oyster group and high-dose oyster group. A group of saline 4mg · kg-1.d-1, B group to 4mg · kg-1.d-1 prednisone gavage, C group orally given oyster meat extract 5g · kg-1.d- 1 + prednisone acetate 4mg · kg-1.d-1, group D was given oyster meat extract 10g · kg-1.d-1 + prednisone acetate 4mg · kg-1.d-1, a total of 90d. After the experiment, all the rats were sacrificed and the ulna and serum were taken for biochemical determination. Results Prednisone could reduce the hydroxyproline content of ulna in rats, and significantly decrease the content of osteocalcin, osteoporosis, bone zinc and bone iron; the serum calcium was significantly increased and the content of alkaline phosphatase was decreased. Oyster extract can increase the content of bone calcium, bone phosphorus, bone zinc and bone iron in rats; reduce the serum calcium return to normal and increase the concentration of alkaline phosphatase, the indexes are close to the normal control group, and the high dose group Low-dose group effect is more obvious. Conclusion Oyster meat extract can effectively prevent and treat prednisone-induced disorders of bone metabolism.
