喷射技术主要用于原油挥发气的回收、气体压缩等方面,目前喷射技术在天然气领域的应用已成为研究热点,国外已经有应用实例,国内正在针对特定的应用场所开展该技术的研究,在气田开发方面取得了一定的进展。本文在国内喷射技术应用的基础上,开展回收集气站内放空天然气方面的应用试验。试验表明,在较短时间内(60min),放空管线压力从5.3MPa降低到1.2MPa,放空天然气回收率达到了77%。该技术不需要借助外来能源,充分利用站内高压气井压力,减少了天然气的排放。随着国家对环境保护的进一步加强,以及该技术的进一步优化完善,放空喷射技术具有较大的推广应用空间。
Spray technology is mainly used for the recovery of volatile gas from crude oil, gas compression and so on. At present, the application of spray technology in the field of natural gas has become a research hotspot. There are already some applied examples in foreign countries. The research on this technology is being carried out in specific application areas in China. Some progress has been made in the development. Based on the application of domestic jetting technology, this paper carries out the application test of recovering the natural gas in the gas gathering station. The test shows that in a short time (60min), the vent line pressure is reduced from 5.3MPa to 1.2MPa, and the natural gas recovery rate reaches 77%. The technology does not require external energy sources, make full use of high-pressure gas station pressure, reducing natural gas emissions. With the further strengthening of national environmental protection and the further optimization and perfection of the technology, the technology of blow-by-jet has a large space for popularization and application.
