随着反腐力度加大,中纪委披露的国有企业高管腐败案例数量不断上升,反腐已成为社会热点问题,但腐败的相关研究仍处起步阶段。鉴于此,本文从外部环境、内部环境和个人层面三个维度回顾了国内外相关文献,在总结结论、剖析不足的基础上提出研究展望,以推动高管腐败的理论建设。 With the intensification of anti-corruption efforts, the number of corruption cases disclosed by the Central Discipline Inspection Commission of state-owned enterprises has risen steadily. Anti-corruption has become a hot issue in the society. However, the related research on corruption is still in its infancy. In view of this, this article reviews relevant literature both at home and abroad from the three dimensions of external environment, internal environment and individual level. Based on the conclusion and analysis, this paper puts forward the research prospect in order to promote the theoretical construction of senior executives’ corruption.
