目的:借助CT 的薄层骨窗扫描技术和三维重建技术,寻找一种新的颅中窝径路内听道(internalauditory canal,IAC) 的定位方法。方法:首先对20 例成人干颅标本进行薄层骨窗CT扫描、测量并进行三维CT(3DCT) 重建;然后进行显微颞骨解剖、测量;最后进行模拟手术。结果:显微测量与CT 测量密切相关。结论:在确定的平面上,过颧弓根做与冠状轴成α角的连线,在此线上向内移行距离d 即定位出IAC。本研究通过CT 扫描测量与三维CT重建技术,术前就可以了解每位病人的具体颞骨解剖特点,根据测量的准确数据,就能够精确定位IAC,从而达到“一人一定位”的目标,弥补了传统定位方法的不足。
OBJECTIVE: To search for a new method of localization of internalactory canal (IAC) by means of CT scan and 3D reconstruction. Methods: Twenty cases of adult craniocerebral were examined by thin-slice computed tomography (CT). Three-dimensional computed tomography (3DCT) reconstruction was performed. Microsurgical and temporal bone anatomy and measurement were performed. Finally, the simulated operation was performed. Results: Microscopic measurements are closely related to CT measurements. CONCLUSIONS: In a defined plane, the anterior zygomatic arch is angled at an angle of α to the coronal axis, and the inward AC travels a distance of d to locate the IAC. In this study, CT scanning and three-dimensional CT reconstruction techniques, preoperative understanding of each patient’s specific temporal bone anatomical characteristics, accurate measurements based on the data can be accurately positioned IAC, so as to achieve the “one person one target” to make up for The lack of traditional methods of positioning.
