当前我国正处于改革发展的重要战略机遇期和全面建成小康社会的关键时期,是各种体制、结构、利益等关系需要深度调整的矛盾凸显期。面对市场竞争日益激烈、企业体制改革不断深化、企业战略转型扎实推进的新形势,既给我国社会和企业的发展带来了巨大活力和机遇,同时也必然对干部员工的思想形成直接或间接的影响乃至冲击,带来这样那样的矛盾和问题,全社会的共性问题在企业会体现得更直接、更具体、更敏感,解决起来也会更现实、更迫切、更艰巨。此文站在时代的高度,理论与实际相结合,对如何用科学发展观指导新形势下企业思想政治工作做一粗浅论述。
