本文考察了单糖异亚丙基化条件及衍生物的稳定性。葡萄糖、果糖、半乳糖等六种具有临床意义的单糖在 PEG-20M 交联毛细管柱上获得完全分离。在 PEG-20M 填充柱上亦获得满意的分离。
This article examines the monosaccharide isopropylidene conditions and the stability of derivatives. Six clinically significant monosaccharides, such as glucose, fructose and galactose, were completely separated on a PEG-20M cross-linked capillary column. Satisfactory separation was also achieved on the PEG-20M packed column.
