目的:探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,Rb)p53、bcl-2、bax和增殖细胞核抗原表达与Rb及其分化程度的关系。方法:用免疫组化检测21例Rb和6例正常视网膜常规石蜡标本的p53、bcl-2、bax和PCNA表达。结果:bcl-2、bax和PCNA在Rb中的表达较高,与正常视网膜相比有显著性差异。分化型Rb组织的bcl-2阳性表达率较高,与未分化型Rb组织相比有显著性差异。p53、bcl-2、bax在Rb中的表达与PCNA的表达有显著相关性。结论:Rb的发生与多个细胞凋亡调控基因异常有关。测定Rb的bcl-2、PCNA、bax的表达,对帮助Rb的诊断和了解其分化程度具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of p53, bcl-2, bax, proliferating cell nuclear antigen and Rb and their differentiation in retinoblastoma (Rb). Methods: The expressions of p53, bcl-2, bax and PCNA in 21 cases of Rb and 6 cases of normal retina paraffin were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of bcl-2, bax and PCNA in Rb was higher than that in normal retina. The positive rate of bcl-2 expression in differentiated Rb tissue was higher than that in undifferentiated Rb tissue. The expressions of p53, bcl-2 and bax in Rb were significantly correlated with the expression of PCNA. Conclusion: The occurrence of Rb is related to the abnormality of multiple apoptosis regulatory genes. Determination of Rb bcl-2, PCNA, bax expression, to help Rb diagnosis and understanding of the degree of differentiation is of great significance.
