水平定向钻非开挖施工技术在大中城市地下管线建设中广泛应用。如何准确测绘施工前邻近管线及施工后非开挖管线的轨迹是亟待解决的问题。经与国防科技大学联合,研制出地下管线轨迹测量与标绘系统进行地下管线的科学准确管理。论述了该系统的基本原理和主要关键技术,着重介绍了惯性测量单元、里程测量结构和软件设计,以及轨迹解算技术。上海电力公司地下管道跟踪测量实例说明该系统在水平定向钻施工中的运用和作用。
Horizontal directional drilling trenchless construction technology in large and medium-sized cities underground pipeline construction widely used. How to accurately map the adjacent pipeline before construction and the non-excavation pipeline after construction is an urgent problem to be solved. Jointly with National University of Defense Technology, underground pipeline trajectory measurement and mapping system was developed to conduct scientific and accurate underground pipeline management. The basic principles and key technologies of the system are discussed. The inertial measurement unit, the structure and software design of the distance measurement, and the solution of the trajectory are mainly introduced. Shanghai Electric Power Company underground pipeline tracking measurement examples illustrate the system in the horizontal directional drilling construction of the role and role.
