我国著名药学家屠呦呦获得诺贝尔医学奖,得益于中医药学古典传世文献。自20世纪以来,不断出土的简帛医药文献即为当今中医药学的研究提供了新的研究领域。这些简帛医药文献,其生成时代久远,书写语言生僻,大都为战国楚文字、秦文字和秦汉时期篆隶交替时的“古隶”文字所记录的上古汉语,这给文献释读造成了诸多障碍。自上述简帛医书出版公布以来,相关简帛医书的校注工作不断,且成果颇丰。但具体到个别字词的解释上,却有观点互异、解释不同之情况。简帛医籍字词释义一方面要以上古语言文字规律和理论为基础来加以考释,另一方面要结合简帛医书术语的系统性来加以研究,唯此方可正确把握古医学文献之正解。
