赣江西支特大桥主桥为70+110+110+70(m)预应力混凝土变截面连续梁桥,将钢弦应变传感元件用于该桥施工控制中,实施箱梁关键截面的应力跟踪测试。通过对应力数据的处理与误差分析,使实测应力更接近于结构实际受力状态,从而为结构应力分析、结构设计变更和施工质量评价提供了依据。
The main bridge of Ganjiang West Branch Extra Large Bridge is a 70 + 110 + 110 + 70 (m) prestressed concrete continuous section continuous girder bridge. The steel wire strain sensing element is used in the construction control of the bridge, and the stress tracking test. Through the stress data processing and error analysis, the measured stress is closer to the actual stress state of the structure, which provides the basis for structural stress analysis, structural design change and construction quality evaluation.
