教师队伍是中等职业学校健康发展的根本保证,加强教师人员的考勤管理是中等职业学校日常管理的重要部分,本文对中职学校教师考勤管理中存在的问题进行了深入分析,从完善任用制度、加强教师业务培训、优化资源配置、健全考核激励机制等方面对提高中职学校考勤管理工作提出了针对性措施建议。
Teachers’ team is the fundamental guarantee for the healthy development of secondary vocational schools. Strengthening the attendance management of teachers is an important part of the daily management of secondary vocational schools. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the attendance management of secondary vocational schools from the aspects of improving the appointment system, Strengthening teacher training, optimizing the allocation of resources, improving the examination and incentive mechanism, and so on, to improve the attendance management in secondary vocational schools and put forward specific measures and suggestions.
