随着制造业的发展,制造系统的高度自动化、柔性化、智能化,其设备、功能的日趋复杂化,对状态监控与故障诊断技术提出了更高的要求,而传统的诊断和维护方法已经不能满足现代制造业的需求, 如何对这些设备进行高效的维护和故障的及时诊断日益成为一个突出的问题。本文以同济大学CIMS中心远程服务示范系统中的数控机床加工中心为诊断对象,从原理、诊断系统设计等方面探讨了运用CBR技术对它进行故障诊断的新思路。
With the development of the manufacturing industry, manufacturing systems are highly automated, flexible and intelligent, and their equipment and functions are increasingly complicated. Higher requirements are placed on the state monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies. However, the traditional diagnosis and maintenance methods Can not meet the needs of the modern manufacturing industry, how to carry out efficient maintenance of these devices and timely diagnosis of faults has become an outstanding problem. In this paper, CNC machine tool machining center in the remote service demonstration system of CIMS Center of Tongji University is used as the diagnostic object, and a new idea of fault diagnosis using CBR technology is discussed from the aspects of principle and diagnostic system design.
