目的:探讨种植义齿在口腔修复中的临床应用效果及价值。方法:选择我院在2015年8月-2016年8月间接收并治疗的64例行口腔修复治疗的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组采用常规口腔修复治疗,观察组采用种植义齿治疗,对比两种方法的应用效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的71.88%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的25%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔修复中应用种植义齿治疗,效果较好,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and value of implant dentures in oral rehabilitation. Methods: A total of 64 patients undergoing oral repair in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 32 cases. The control group was treated with conventional oral prosthesis, while the observation group was treated with implant denture. The results of the two methods were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.88%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the complication rate of the observation group was 6.25%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group Of the 25% difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).
