目的 :探讨补肾中药对地塞米松 (DXM )所致实验性骨质疏松 (OP)大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法 :采用放射免疫分析方法对正常对照组、病理对照组、中药治疗组大鼠生长激素 (GH)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵胞生成素 (FSH)、雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)、睾酮 (T)和泌乳素 (PRL)的水平进行比较。并对三组大鼠卵巢、子宫分别称湿重和进行组织形态学观察。结果 :病理对照组与正常对照组大鼠比较GH、LH、FSH、E2和P的水平明显降低 (P <0 0 5) ,子宫和卵巢重量减轻 (P <0 0 5)。中药治疗组与病理对照组相比GH、LH、FSH、E2 和P的水平显著增高 (P <0 0 5) ,子宫和卵巢重量增加 (P <0 0 5)。各组间T和PRL无显著性变化 (P >0 0 5)。组织形态学观察可见补肾中药能明显改善病理状态下大鼠卵巢和子宫的形态结构。结论 :补肾中药能提高大鼠体内GH、LH、FSH、E2 和P的水平 ,使子宫、卵巢重量增加 ,组织形态改善。说明补肾中药对DXM所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠有治疗作用。
Objective : To investigate the effect of kidney-invigorating herbs on the ovarian function of experimental osteoporosis (OP) rats induced by dexamethasone (DXM). METHODS: Radioimmunoassay was used to compare the effects of growth hormone (GH), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle growth hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), and progesterone in normal control group, pathological control group, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. The levels of (P), testosterone (T), and prolactin (PRL) were compared. The ovaries and uterus of the three groups were weighed and observed for histology. RESULTS: The levels of GH, LH, FSH, E2, and P were significantly lower in the pathological control group and the normal control group (P < 0.05), and the weight of the uterus and ovary was reduced (P <0 05). The levels of GH, LH, FSH, E2, and P were significantly higher in the Chinese medicine treatment group than in the pathological control group (P < 0.05), and the uterus and ovary weights were increased (P <0 05). There was no significant change in T and PRL between groups (P > 0 05). The histomorphological observation showed that kidney-invigorating herbs can significantly improve the morphological structure of rat ovaries and uterus under pathological conditions. Conclusion : Kidney-tonifying herbs can increase the levels of GH, LH, FSH, E2 and P in rats, increase the weight of uterus and ovary, and improve the morphology of rats. It shows that Chinese herbal medicine for tonifying kidney has therapeutic effects on experimental osteoporosis rats induced by DXM.
