切削弧线锥齿轮的现代方法(一)

本文介绍 随着祖国工业化的发展,机床工业和其他机器工业对于弧线锥齿轮的需要也就日益增多。由于其在制造上需用特种机床和特种调整,因此在我国使用还不是很普遍与掌握得不够好。再加上它的切削原理及其调整计算的根据显得很复杂难懂,使人望而生畏,因而在这方面知识掌握得也不够多。这样也就限制了在我国广泛应用的可能。 苏联的机床工业是世界上最先进的工业,它已制造出切削这种弧线锥齿轮的各种型式和尺寸的机床。其中尤其是最近完成的528型机床,其设计结构要比格里逊厂出品的优越得多,它也就为弧线锥齿轮的制造开辟了广阔的前途;使得苏联的各种企业,都广泛采用了这种齿轮传动。 但是这种方法的原理和计算根据,对於一般的苏联机械工作者来说,也是迫切需要了解的。因此,苏联“机床与工具”编辑部,应读者的要求,特请528型弧线锥齿轮切齿机的设计者B.H.凯特令斯基同志用最易懂的说法,解释这种齿轮切削方法的基本原理和装置调整的计算方法。文中所介绍的数据多是崭新的,方法都是最近的,而且有很多是他自己创造的。 本刊为了适应读者的要求,特请对这方面有修养的曹存昌工程师将已发表的四篇文章译出,陆续介绍给读者,希望对于我国的弧线锥齿轮的制造事业有所帮助。 This article describes the development of industrialization in the motherland, the machine tool industry and other machine industries for the arc bevel gear needs also increased. Kate Schicks, in the most understandable terms, explains the rationale for this gear cutting method and how to make adjustments to the device. Most of the data presented in this article is brand new, the methods are recent, and many are created by him. In order to meet the requirements of the reader, we hereby request that Cao Cunchang, an accomplished engineer in this field, translate the four published articles and introduce them to readers one after another, hoping to contribute to the manufacturing of arc spiral bevel gears in our country.
