2014年中国电子商务市场交易规模达到13.4万亿元,同比增长31.4%。而《国家电子商务“十二五”发展规划》指出,至2015年,全年电子商务交易额翻两番,突破18万亿元。我国电子商务发展已经步入成熟期。然而,根据我国高校电子商务专业毕业生调研的数据统计结果显示:电子商务专业学生对口就业率占总就业率的比值竟然不足35%,就业人员数量远不能满足企业需求;同时,传统的校企合作模式也面临众多问题,很大一部分电商企业正处于高薪聘不到人才、留不住人才的困境。本课题构建了新型校企合作模式,通过专业电商人才服务公司建立一条人力资源供应链,将学校和电商企业两者实现了无缝对接。以电子商务企业为服务对象,以电商人力资源服务公司为核心,以高校等机构为人才源头,设计出人力资源供应链模式的校企合作方式,初步解决了公司在人力资源管理中凸显的问题。
In 2014, the transaction scale of China’s e-commerce market reached 13.4 trillion yuan, an increase of 31.4% over the same period of last year. The “national e-commerce ” “Twelfth Five ” “Development Plan” pointed out that by 2015, the annual e-commerce transaction volume quadrupled, breaking through 18 trillion yuan. The development of e-commerce in China has entered a mature period. However, according to the data statistics of college e-commerce graduates surveyed in our country, the ratio of e-commerce students’ counterpart employment rate to the total employment rate is less than 35%, and the number of employees is far from meeting the needs of enterprises. Meanwhile, the traditional school- The cooperation model also faces many problems. A large part of the electricity supplier enterprises are at a situation of being unable to retain qualified personnel with high salaries. This topic builds a new model of school-enterprise cooperation and establishes a supply chain of human resources through professional e-commerce talent service companies to achieve a seamless connection between schools and e-commerce enterprises. Taking e-commerce enterprises as service targets, taking e-commerce human resources service companies as the core and universities and other institutions as the source of talents, this paper designs a mode of school-enterprise cooperation based on human resources supply chain, and initially solves the problems highlighted by the company in human resources management problem.
