浙江省交通厅积极开展以乡村康庄工程为主要内容的新农村公路建设,极大地改善了农民群众的生产、生活条件,推动了我省农村经济的发展。2003年,浙江省交通厅提出了加快实施乡村康庄工程建设的决定,并确定了总体目标:完成55000公里通乡、通村公路的建设和路基、路面改造;到2007年底,使全省行政村等级公路(准四级及以上)通村率从58%提高到90%以上,通村公路硬化率从48%提高到80%以上,通乡公路全部实现等级化和路面硬化。经过3年多的努力,我省实施乡村康庄工程已取得了重大成果。截至2006年底,全省乡村康庄工程累计完成社会总投资201.6亿元,完成通乡、通村公路路基路面建设里程55726公里(占总体目标55000公里的101%),其中:完成通村公路改建里程路基路面合计52726公里,通乡公路改建里程路基路面合计3000公里。全省新增通等级公路行政村12625个,等级公路通村率达到90.23%;新增通村公路硬化行政村12945个,通村公路路面硬化率达到80.76%。提前1年完成了2003年提出的总体目标。浙江省交通厅积极开展以乡村康庄工程为主要构容的新农村公路建设,运用多方出资模式,走出了一条城乡携手、共同出钱出力改变农村交通环境,打造农村经济发展平台的新路子。

After more than three years of hard work, our province has made great achievements in the implementation of the project of “rural rejuvenation”. By the end of 2006, a total of 20.16 billion yuan of social investment has been completed in the rural Kang Zhuang project in the province, completing the construction of 55,726 km (101% of the overall target of 55,000 km) of subgrade and pavement construction in Tongxiang and Tongcun Highway, of which: Mileage of embankment pavement a total of 52,726 km, Tongxiang highway mileage of 3000 km embankment pavement. There are 12,625 administrative villages in the province, with a grade of 90.23%. The newly added 12945 administrative villages of Tong Village Road are hardened. The road surface hardening rate of Tong Village reaches 80.76%. One year ahead of schedule completed the overall goal set in 2003. Zhejiang Provincial Communications Department actively carried out the construction of new rural roads with rural Kangzhuang project as the main component and used a multi-lateral contribution model to go a new way for both urban and rural areas to work together and make contributions to changing rural traffic environment and building a platform for rural economic development.
