光谱仪用于对晶体在从红外-可见-紫外整个波段内光谱特性的测量,在晶体微结构的实验研究中具有决定性作用.但原来在做实验时,用X-Y绘图仪得到原始曲线;由人工在曲线上描点,得到一批数据;再通过繁琐的计算得到实验结果;然后再在方格纸上描出所需的曲线.这样,每做一次实验至少需要一人一整天的紧张劳动,往往精度还达不到要求.为此我们对光谱仪数据采集和处理系统进行开发,利用微型计算机实现了整个实验过程的自动化.
The spectrometer is used to measure the spectral characteristics of the crystal in the whole infrared-visible-ultraviolet range, which plays a decisive role in the experimental study of the crystal microstructure.
