武钢热连轧轧制工艺参数固化在二级模型中,对于工艺人员缺乏可视性,轧线的改判率和废钢率偏高。为便于工艺人员维护工艺参数,自主设计开发了热连轧轧制工艺参数系统。实践结果表明:通过该系统,工艺参数可以从二级系统中剥离出来存入TPS数据库,前台网站可以对数据库进行维护,二级的后台程序通过数据库查询到相关工艺参数后进行设定。该系统简化了工艺参数的修改流程,减少了操作人员手动干预引起的波动,有利于工艺人员维护工艺标准,提高整个轧线的自动化程度及产品质量。
