目的采用正交设计方法优选玄参总三萜的提取工艺。方法选择乙醇浓度、回流次数、料液比和回流时间4个影响因素,每个因素取三个水平,采用L9(34)正交实验设计,以齐墩果酸作为考察指标,优选玄参总三萜的提取工艺。结果根据因素的显著性影响,优选出总三萜的最佳提取条件为:12倍药材量的60%乙醇溶液,1.5h回流提取3次。结论此法简单易行,可提高玄参总三萜的提取率。
Objective To optimize the extraction of total triterpenoid from Scrophulariaceae by orthogonal design. Methods Four influencing factors, including ethanol concentration, reflux times, solid-to-liquid ratio and reflux time, were selected. Each factor was taken as three levels. L9 (34) orthogonal design was adopted. Oleanolic acid Triterpene extraction process. Results According to the significant effect of the factors, the optimal extraction conditions of total triterpenes were as follows: 60% ethanol solution of 12 times medicinal materials and 3 times of reflux extraction in 1.5h. Conclusion This method is simple and can increase the extraction rate of total triterpene of figwort.
