目的:建立滇龙胆中阴离子含量的快速测定方法,同时为滇龙胆合理施肥和规范化栽培提供依据。方法:采用超声辅助提取-离子色谱(UAE-IC)法快速、准确测定了滇龙胆不同年限、不同部位中F-、Cl-、NO2-、NO3-、PO43-5种离子。结果:所测定的滇龙胆样品中除NO2-未检测出外,其余离子含量NO3->PO34->F->Cl-;NO3-、PO34-、F-、Cl-4种离子在1.5年时含量最高,2年生含量最低,2~3年生呈上升趋势。NO 3-和Cl-离子含量随根、茎、叶、花4个部位呈先增加后下降的趋势;PO43-和F-在四个部位中呈先下降后增加的趋势。各离子加标回收率为96.47%~117.23%。结论:该方法操作简便、准确性好、结果可靠,测定滇龙胆中无机阴离子含量获得满意结果。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid method for the determination of anions in Yunnan gentian, and to provide the basis for reasonable fertilization and standardization cultivation of Yunnan gentian. Methods: Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction - Ion Chromatography (UAE-IC) was used to determine F-, Cl-, NO2-, NO3-, and PO43-5 ions in different parts of the Gentiana yunnanensis Gentiana fast and accurately. Results: In addition to NO2- not detected, the remaining ion content NO3-> PO34-> F-> Cl-; NO3-, PO34-, F-, Cl-4 ions in the sample of Yunnan gentian measured at 1.5 years The highest content, the lowest content of 2-year-old, 2 to 3-year-old upward trend. The contents of NO 3 - and Cl - ions increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of root, stem, leaf and flower. PO43- and F- decreased first and then increased in four parts. The recoveries of various ions were 96.47% ~ 117.23%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and reliable. The results of determination of inorganic anion in Gentiana yunnanensis Gentiana with satisfactory results.
