本文基于工作特征幸福感模型,以及自我决定理论视角对新生代员工幸福感进行深入和全面的探讨,并分析了新生代员工与非新生代员工的幸福感差异。提出的提升新生代员工个人品牌意识、增强新生代员工职业发展路径的建设、提升新生代员工利他主义价值观、领导力等方面的建议,将是企业对新生代员工管理的新方向。
Based on the model of work-level well-being and the theory of self-determination, this article explores the happiness of the new generation of employees in-depth and comprehensively and analyzes the difference of happiness between the new-generation employees and non-new-generation employees. Proposals to enhance awareness of the brand of new generation employees, enhance the career path of new generation employees, and enhance the altruism values and leadership of new generation employees will be the new direction for the management of new generation employees.
