县域经济是国民经济中的关键环节,是联系宏观和微观、工业和农业、城市和乡村的桥梁纽带,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。据统计,目前我国2800多个县级行政区域的国内生产总值已占全部国内生产总值的60％以上;全国商品零售总额有五成来自县级;全国地方财政收入有四成取自县级,并继续呈上升趋势。可以说,县域经济已经成为国民经济中最具活力、最具增长潜力的一个重要部分,其发展水平的高低、发展质量的优劣,直接关系到国家的富强和民族的振兴,关系到现代化建设事业的成败。根据目前面临的形势,结合多年的工作实践,笔者认为,新世纪县域经济发展应注意三个问题。
County economy is the key link in the national economy, as a bridge linking macroscopical and microcosmic, industry and agriculture, city and countryside, and plays a decisive role in the national economy. According to statistics, at present, the gross domestic product of more than 2,800 county-level administrative regions in China has accounted for more than 60% of the total GDP; 50% of the national total retail sales of goods come from the county level; and 40% of local fiscal revenue in the country is taken from the county Level, and continue to show an upward trend. It can be said that the county economy has become an important part of the most dynamic and growth potential in the national economy. The level of development and the quality of its development are directly related to the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation and to the modernization drive Success or failure of the business. According to the current situation, combined with many years of work practice, the author believes that the development of the county economy in the new century should pay attention to three issues.
