研究了Fe78Si13B9丝材直径对等离子喷涂制备非晶合金的影响,为等离子喷涂法制备非晶的工业化提供基础。结果表明,丝材直径小于3 mm时,等离子喷涂氩气压力为0.85 MPa,氢气压力为0.4 MPa,可以制备出完全明亮的非晶粉末。丝材直径大于3 mm时,喷涂的粉末中含有灰色晶体粉末。随着丝材直径的增大,晶体粉末含量提高,粉末中晶体结构与丝材母体几乎完全相同。所制备非晶的晶化温度为536~537℃。
The effect of Fe78Si13B9 wire diameter on the preparation of amorphous alloy by plasma spraying was studied, which provided the basis for the industrialization of amorphous prepared by plasma spraying. The results show that when the diameter of wire is less than 3 mm, the argon pressure of plasma spraying is 0.85 MPa, the pressure of hydrogen is 0.4 MPa, and the completely bright amorphous powder can be prepared. Wire diameter greater than 3 mm, the spray powder containing gray crystal powder. As the wire diameter increases, the content of the crystal powder increases, and the crystal structure in the powder is almost the same as that of the wire parent material. The crystallization temperature of the prepared amorphous is 536 ~ 537 ℃.
