随着信息技术和经济全球化的发展,作为一种管理理念和一种提供企业先进的组织方式的现代物流管理工作,已成为企业提高核心竞争力、增加效益的重要途径和手段,对经济的发展起着促进的作用。石化企业物资供应部门承担着适价及时地提供企业生产建设的物品,以及对提供的各类物资保质保量、降低采购成本、缩小流动资金等占用等重要职能,从而对保障石化企业的生产等各项重要活动的顺利实施起着关键的作用。本文对石化企业的物资管理工作中存在的问题及其解决对策进行分析和总结。
