采用液体培养法研究供试钾细菌在有N、无N培养条件下,对黄砂和黄绵土中矿物态K,P,Si,Ca,Fe,Mn和Zn的生物活化作用。结果表明:①供试钾细菌以淀粉、蔗糖和葡萄糖为碳源时均有一定产酸作用。以黄砂和黄绵土为磷钾源时培养液pH分别降低1.2~1.8和0.7~1.2;②接种钾细菌能促进黄砂和黄绵土中矿物态K,P,Si,Ca,Fe及Mn元素的显著活化,较不接种对照分别提高27.9%~39.2%,19.3%,16.1%~71.0%,342.0%,150.6%及1463.9%;③钾细菌在无N培养条件下对矿物态养分的活化作用优于含N培养;④钾细菌对黄绵土中的Zn元素无明显活化作用
The liquid culture method was used to study the biological activation of mineral K, P, Si, Ca, Fe, Mn and Zn in yellow sand and loessial soil under N and N-free culture conditions. The results showed that: ① Potassium production bacteria had certain acid-producing effect when using starch, sucrose and glucose as carbon sources. The pH of the culture medium decreased by 1.2-1.8 and 0.7-1.2 respectively when using yellow sand and loessial soil as the sources of phosphorus and potassium. (2) Inoculation of potassium bacteria promoted the mineral K, P, Si and Ca in yellow sand and loess, Fe and Mn significantly increased by 27.9% -39.2%, 19.3%, 16.1% -71.0%, 342.0%, 150.6% and 1463 .9%. ③ The activation of potassium-based bacteria on mineral nutrients was better than that of N-containing culture in the absence of N. ④ The potassium bacteria showed no obvious activation on Zn in the loessial soil
