比较了测定冬虫夏草中甘露醇含量的两种方法。发现天然虫草和不同品种人工虫草制成品（胶囊剂）用容量法（Ａ）测得的甘露醇含量比用比色法（Ｂ）测得的甘露醇含量要高，但天然虫草Ａ／Ｂ比值较为接近，而不同品种人工虫草制成品（胶囊剂）的 Ａ／Ｂ比值波动较大。认为用比色法测定虫草中甘露醇含量较容量法更具特异性且快速简便。
Two methods for the determination of mannitol in Cordyceps sinensis were compared. It was found that the natural cordyceps and artificial cultivars (capsules) of different varieties had a higher mannitol content measured by the volumetric method (A) than the mannitol content measured by the colorimetric method (B), but the natural cordyceps A/B The ratio is relatively close, and the ratio of A/B of the different manufactured varieties (capsules) of artificial Cordyceps fluctuates greatly. It is believed that the determination of mannitol in cordyceps by colorimetry is more specific and quick and convenient than the volumetric method.
