对Q500qE钢-40℃低温冲击功不合格的产品进行了分析。结果表明,低温冲击功不合格的原因是钢板的心部存在偏析、钢坯在炉加热时间长、钢板终轧温度高、冷却速度大、终冷温度低等。通过改善钢坯质量、严格控制在炉时间、降低钢板终轧温度、控制冷却方式,改善了Q500qE钢的低温冲击功,显著提高了产品的合格率。
Q500qE steel -40 ℃ low temperature impact energy failed products were analyzed. The results show that the reason for the low temperature impact energy failure is due to the segregation of the heart of the steel plate, billet heating in the furnace for a long time, the high temperature of the steel finishing rolling, cooling rate, low final cooling temperature. By improving the quality of billet, strictly controlling the furnace time, reducing the temperature of the final rolling of the steel plate, controlling the cooling mode, the low temperature impact energy of the Q500qE steel is improved, and the passing rate of the product is remarkably improved.
