公路水害整治方案探讨

齐(齐哈尔)乌(兰浩特)公路龙江县雅鲁河段位子富拉尔基区至龙江县的景星镇之间,东西两岸堤防间4690m长。此处河流迂回弯曲,漫流多叉,多年来一直是漫水低路堤,还有多座木桥,曾经多次发生水毁路基并使交通断阻。1983年投资256万元改建,1985年末竣工后,仅运营二年半,1988~1990年又连续遭水毁(均未超过设计洪水频率),三年又投入水毁恢复费用10.2万元,但至今仍不能恢复正常交通。本文根据一般调研情况和查阅原来技术设计和竣工资料,对齐乌线龙江雅鲁河段路基连续水害成因和整治对策,提出以下探讨意见。 Qi (QHAL) Wu (Lan Haote) Highway Yalu section of Longjiang County Seat Fulaerji District to Jingxing Town, Longjiang County, between the east and west embankments 4690m long. Here, the river is meandering and curved, with many crossings. Over the years, it has been a low-embankment of floodplains. There are also several wooden bridges. There have been many roadblocks and traffic interruptions. In 1983, a total investment of 2.56 million yuan was rebuilt. After it was completed in late 1985, it only operated for two and a half years. From 1988 to 1990, it was continuously destroyed by water (no more than the design flood frequency) Up to now still can not resume normal traffic. Based on the general investigation and review of the original technical design and completion data, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the causes and countermeasures of continuous water damage in the subgrade of the Yarluk River in the Qiwu Line.
