大庆油田1996年聚合物驱投入工业化应用,目前已投入78个区块,动用地质储量9.72亿吨,进入后续水驱阶段的区块30个,总动用地质储量4.46亿吨,同时每年新增聚驱后区块储量500万吨;目前大庆油田注聚结束区块基本都转入后续水驱,综合含水已高达96.8%,平均采出程度53.2%,并且基本上属于一类油层。聚驱后仍有近50%的地质储量残留地下,而且是优质储量,说明聚驱后有进一步挖潜的潜力。本文通过分析聚驱后剩余油分布情况,在精细地质研究的基础上,加强油藏工程与采油工程的结合,根据剩余油分布特征,及聚驱后地层综合含水高的特点,采取压堵结合、选择性压裂等相应的压裂技术进行挖潜,现场试验取得了好的效果,并提出利用水平井挖潜剩余油,如超短半径水平井、水力喷射等技术进行定点定位挖潜改造,为大庆油田聚驱后这部分剩余油挖潜提供一些思路和方法。
