细胞衰老是生物衰老的基本单位,是人类老年病发病的共同基础。它受到多种因素的影响,有自身遗传因素的影响,也有环境因素的影响。近年对衰老机制的研究已进入基因时代,细胞内DNA损伤积累是衰老过程中最先提出的机制,DNA损伤与细胞衰老是现代生物学研究的热点。DNA不断地被外源性和内源性因子损伤,如果损伤持续,它能引起DNA复制或翻译错误,从而导致点突变或染色体重排及经由各种信号途径引起应激反应,引起细胞衰老。本文将就DNA损伤与细胞衰老的关系的研究进展作一综述。
Cell senescence is the basic unit of biological aging and is the common basis for the development of human geriatric diseases. It is affected by many factors, with its own genetic factors, but also environmental factors. In recent years, the research on the mechanism of aging has entered the genetic era. The accumulation of intracellular DNA damage is the first mechanism proposed in the process of aging. DNA damage and cellular senescence are the hot topics in modern biology. DNA is continuously damaged by both exogenous and endogenous factors. If the damage persists, it can cause DNA replication or translation errors, resulting in point mutations or chromosomal rearrangements and stress responses through various signaling pathways, leading to cell senescence. This article reviews the progress of research on the relationship between DNA damage and cell senescence.
