目的探讨姜黄素对胶质瘤-HUVEC微生态系统中人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)生物学特性的影响。方法用姜黄素干预胶质瘤细胞和HUVEC,用MTT法检测HUVEC的增殖活性。结果加入姜黄素干预后,HUVEC的增殖活性亦明显低于对照组。结论姜黄素可以明显抑制HUVEC的增殖活性。 Objective To investigate the effects of curcumin on the biological characteristics of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) in glioma-HUVEC micro-ecosystem. Methods The glioma cells and HUVECs were treated with curcumin, and the proliferative activity of HUVECs was detected by MTT assay. Results After adding curcumin, the proliferation activity of HUVEC was also significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Curcumin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of HUVECs.
