当代企业的发展对技工院校学生不断提出新的专业需求,技工院校传统教研模式越来越不适应企业发展的需要,构建“校企合作”教研模式日益迫切和必要。技工院校应建立专门教学研究机构充分利用企业优质资源,开展工学结合课题研究,构建“校企合作”基本教研模式;企业委派专家到校举办专题培训和现场指导,学校参与企业研发项目或实现技术服务,构建以院校、企业双方为合作主体的延伸教研模式;企业在学校建立研发中心,安排专家到学校担任生产实习教师,构建以企业起主导作用的拓展教研模式。通过构建合作、互动的教研模式,提升技工学校教学质量,实现技工教育与生产可持续发展。
The development of contemporary enterprises constantly puts forward new professional requirements for students in technical colleges and universities. The traditional teaching and researching models in technical schools are less and less suited to the needs of enterprise development. It is an urgent and necessary task to establish a “school-enterprise cooperation” teaching and research model. Technical institutions should establish a special teaching and research institutions to make full use of enterprise quality resources, carry out research combining engineering, build “school-enterprise cooperation” basic teaching and research model; enterprises assigned experts to hold special training and on-site guidance, school participation in enterprise R & D projects Or to implement technical services to build an extension of the teaching and research model with both academies and enterprises as partners; establish R & D centers in schools, arrange experts to work as production trainee teachers at schools, and establish a teaching and research model that takes the leading role of enterprises. Through the construction of a cooperative and interactive teaching and research model, the quality of teaching in technical schools can be improved and the sustainable development of technical education and production can be realized.
