据机电商报消息,2月25日,香港中电集团表示,会考虑出售内地燃煤发电厂资产,未来集中投资内地风电项目。中电集团旗下中华电力副主席阮苏少媚介绍说,公司将迈向低碳发电业务,因此会考虑出售中电没有营运权的燃煤发电厂资产。中电行政总裁兼首席执行官包立贤补充说,中电不会一次性的全部出售,而是会在合适价位,通过合作伙伴回购的方式逐步退出燃煤发电。
According to the Electrical and Mechanical Business Daily News, February 25, Hong Kong’s CLP Group said it would consider the sale of coal-fired power plant assets in the Mainland, the future focus on investment in the Mainland’s wind power projects. Ruan Suo Mei Mei, vice chairman of CLP Group, a subsidiary of CLP Group, said the company will move toward a low-carbon power generation business and will consider selling its coal-fired power plants that have no operating rights. CLP CLP Chief Executive Officer and CEO Bao Lixian added that CLP will not sell all at once, but will be at a suitable price, through a partner buy-back gradually withdraw from coal-fired power generation.
