在宁夏设施蔬菜大棚内的盆栽辣椒上接虫,对西花蓟马各虫态的发育历期、存活率、成虫产卵量及成虫寿命进行了统计分析。西花蓟马各虫态发育历期研究结果表明,卵期4.96 d,1龄若虫2.78 d,2龄若虫3.41 d,“蛹”期3.76d,成虫产卵前期3.15 d,产卵期17 d,世代周期18.06 d。各虫态存活率统计结果表明,1龄若虫53.72%,2龄若虫69.70%,“蛹”为71.43%,世代存活率为26.74%;成虫寿命27.35 d,每雌产卵量为46.32粒。根据该研究结果及宁夏气象条件,理论上可预测西花蓟马在宁夏设施蔬菜中年发生15~18代,下代发生量可为本代雌虫数量的12倍左右,为准确预测宁夏设施蔬菜中西花蓟马的发生趋势并及时做好有效防控措施提供参考。
The potted peppers in the vegetable sheds in Ningxia were collected and the developmental stages, survival rates, adult fecundity and adult longevity of the western flower thrips were analyzed statistically. The results showed that the egg stage was 4.96 days, 2.78 days for the first instar nymphs, 3.41 days for the second instar nymphs, 3.76 days for the “pupae” stage, 3.15 days for the adult oviposition stage and 3.15 days for the spawning stage 17 d, generation cycle 18.06 d. The statistical results of the survival rate of each insect state showed that the first instar nymphs were 53.72%, the second instar nymphs were 69.70%, the “pupae” was 71.43%, the generational survival rate was 26.74%; the adult longevity was 27.35 days, the fecundity per female was 46.32 . According to the results of the study and the meteorological conditions in Ningxia, it is theoretically predictable that western flower thrips occur in middle-aged facilities in Ningxia with 15 to 18 generations of vegetables. The generation of the next generation can be about 12 times that of the current generation. In order to accurately predict the Ningxia facility Vegetables, occidentalis thrips trends and timely and effective prevention and control measures to provide a reference.
