一、前言水辆机主轴是联接水轮机和发电机的关键部件,起着传递水力扭矩的重要作用,并承受着轴向水推力和水轮机转动部件的自重、它的破坏将导致严重的停机事故。随着水轮发电机组功率的不断提高,主轴尺寸也越来践大,主铀轴身与法兰多采用带锥与双圆弧的过渡形式,特别在主轴截面突变处会引起局部应力集中。因此摸清它的应力分布和峰值,合理选用主轴尺寸,使其应力分布合理,减轻主轴重量,节约钢材,使其安全先进是十分重要
I. INTRODUCTION Water vehicle main shaft is a key component that connects turbine and generator.
