从20世纪90年代起,知识管理已经成为组织梦寐以求的目标。知识管理变得越来越注重实际效果,而不是学术性。实际上,知识管理是协助企业组织或个人,透过资讯科技,将知识经由创造、分类、储存、分享、更新,并为企业或个人产生实质价值的流程。
Since the 1990s, knowledge management has become an organization’s dream goal. Knowledge management is becoming more and more focused on practical results, not academic. In fact, knowledge management is a process that helps organizations or individuals through information technology to create, classify, store, share, update, and generate substantial value for businesses or individuals through information technology.
