要加强对外汉语教学管理工作的科学化、规范化,确保教学质量,就必须建立一支结构合理、素质较高的教师队伍,这是对外汉语教学事业发展的最根本条件。当前,对外汉语教师短缺,青年教师多,外聘教师多,因此提高教师队伍的整体素质,特别是过硬的专业素质,就成为加强教师队伍建设的首要任务。因此,要大力加强在职教师的培训,鼓励对外汉语教师进修业务,更新知识,以促进对外汉语教师专业素质和业务水平的不断提高。 To strengthen the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and to standardize it so as to ensure the quality of teaching, we must establish a contingent of teachers with a reasonable structure and high quality, which is the most fundamental condition for the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
