要加强对外汉语教学管理工作的科学化、规范化,确保教学质量,就必须建立一支结构合理、素质较高的教师队伍,这是对外汉语教学事业发展的最根本条件。当前,对外汉语教师短缺,青年教师多,外聘教师多,因此提高教师队伍的整体素质,特别是过硬的专业素质,就成为加强教师队伍建设的首要任务。因此,要大力加强在职教师的培训,鼓励对外汉语教师进修业务,更新知识,以促进对外汉语教师专业素质和业务水平的不断提高。
To strengthen the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and to standardize it so as to ensure the quality of teaching, we must establish a contingent of teachers with a reasonable structure and high quality, which is the most fundamental condition for the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. At present, there are a shortage of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language, more young teachers and more external teachers. Therefore, improving the overall quality of teachers, especially excellent professional qualifications, becomes the primary task of strengthening the construction of teachers. Therefore, the training of serving teachers should be vigorously strengthened, foreign teachers should be encouraged to further their studies and to update their knowledge so as to promote the continuous improvement of the professional quality and professionalism of TCFL teachers.
