目的研究猫眼草Euphorbia lunulata的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和核磁共振波谱进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从猫眼草90%乙醇提取物中分离得到了17个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十八烷醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、咖啡酸十八烷酯(3)、cycloart-23Z-en-3β,25-diol(4)、东莨菪素(5)、24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(6)、豆甾醇(7)、短叶苏木酚(8)、o-phthalic acid bis-(2-ethyl decyl)-ester(9)、阿魏酸二十六烷酯(10)、东莨菪素苷(11)、β-香树脂醇(12)、没食子酸(13)、蔗糖(14)、17-羟基-岩大戟内酯A(15)、岩大戟内酯A(16)、岩大戟内酯B(17)。结论化合物1、3、8~12、14~17均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从大戟属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia lunulata. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and gel column. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated from 90% ethanol extract of cat’s eye grass and identified as n-octacosanol (1), β-sitosterol (2), octadecyl caffeate (3), cycloart- 23Z-en-3β, 25-diol (4), scopolamine (5), 24-methylene ring altin alcohol (6), stigmasterol (7) Bis- (2-ethyl decyl) -ester (9), hexacosyl ferulic acid (10), scopolamine 11, β-amyl alcohol 12, gallic acid 13, (14), 17-hydroxy-petrrangea A (15), inolactone A (16), and petrofumaraide B (17). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3, 8-12, 14-17 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 9 was isolated from Euphorbia for the first time.
