1985年,王莉、邵启全等人利用组织培养手段,离体培养枸杞胚乳,诱导得到了四倍体水平(2n=40—48)和三倍体水平(三倍体细胞占50%以上)的枸杞胚乳植株。作者于1986年用秋水仙素水溶液诱导获得同源四倍体宁夏枸杞,进而与二倍体杂交,获得了同源三倍体宁夏枸杞种子。1987年获得了三倍体宁夏枸杞植株,当年即正常开花结果,且果实中饱满种子数只有王莉、邵启全等人所得的三倍体水平胚乳植株的20—25%。现将研究结果报道如下。 材料和方法 材料为以四倍体宁夏枸杞(2n=48)作母本,二倍体宁夏枸杞(2n=24)作父本杂交,获得子代,经重复镜检,确认为宁夏枸杞同源三倍体(2n=36)。对照为二倍体,四倍体有关数据亦作参考。
