混凝土灌注桩的实时质量检测具有重要的工程意义。电阻率法由于其测量精度较高,数据较稳定,能够对灌注桩施工过程中的浇筑状况作出反馈,及时发现桩身质量缺陷,在钻孔灌注桩的同步质量监测方面具有良好的应用前景。本文给出设计实验方法,测定不同配比混凝土、砂浆、水泥的电导率,得到不同配比混凝土的电阻率随时间的发展规律,并分析实验数据特点,验证电阻率法的可行性,为混凝土实时检测系统研发提供理论支持及数据基础。
The real-time quality testing of concrete bored pile has important engineering significance. Resistivity method has high accuracy and stable data, which can feedback the pouring condition during the construction of cast-in-situ pile and find the quality defects of the pile in time. It has good application prospect in the simultaneous quality monitoring of cast-in-situ cast-in-place pile. In this paper, the design and experimental methods are given, and the conductivity of concrete with different proportions of concrete, mortar and cement is measured to get the development law of the resistivity of concrete with different proportions over time. The characteristics of the experimental data are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the resistivity method. Real-time detection system provides theoretical support and data foundation.
