采用金相和扫描电镜分析研究了锑、镁在铝硅合金中的存在形式和变质机制。结果表明,锑、镁在铝硅合金熔体中主要以Mg_3Sb_2的形式存在,在凝固过程中,Mg_3Sb_2作为共晶硅的异质核心,促进共晶硅相的形核,从而达到了变质的目的。
Metallographic and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the existence and deterioration mechanism of antimony and magnesium in Al-Si alloy. The results show that antimony and magnesium are mainly in the form of Mg_3Sb_2 in the melt of Al-Si alloy. During the solidification, Mg_3Sb_2 acts as the heterogeneous core of eutectic silicon and promotes the nucleation of the eutectic Si phase, thus achieving the purpose of metamorphism .
