本文对复方银杏叶液(CGS)抗高脂血症和抗血栓作用进行了研究。在高脂喂养大鼠模型上,CGS(1,2,4g·kg~(-1)能显著降低血浆TC和VLDL—C水平,2、4g·kg~(-1)CGS降低血浆TC,LDL—C和TC/HDL—C的水平,在1—4g·kg~(-1)范围内,CGS显著并呈剂量依赖性抑制大鼠血栓形成和ADP诱导的血小板聚集。实验结果表明CGS有抗高脂血症和抗血栓作用。
In this paper, the anti-hyperlipidemia and antithrombotic effects of compound ginkgo biloba (CGS) were studied. In high-fat fed rat models, CGS (1,2,4 g·kg -1) significantly reduced plasma TC and VLDL-C levels, 2,4 g·kg -1 CGS decreased plasma TC, LDL C- and TC/HDL-C levels, in the range of 1-4 g·kg -1 , CGS significantly and dose-dependently inhibited thrombosis and ADP-induced platelet aggregation in rats. Experimental results showed that CGS was resistant Hyperlipidemia and antithrombotic effects.
