研究用CVD金刚石和单晶模具拉丝时钢丝表面产生“花丝”程度不同的原因。通过CVD金刚石拉丝模和单晶金刚石拉丝模的微观分析,得出结论:CVD金刚石的晶界和内部缺陷是造成使用CVD金刚石拉丝模比使用单晶金刚石拉丝模“花丝”现象更严重的原因。提出减轻和避免缺陷的方法:及时修复受损模具,可以减轻“花丝”现象;减少CVD金刚石的内部缺陷是消除“花丝”现象的根本途径。
Study the reason why the surface of the steel wire produced by drawing with CVD diamond and single crystal mold had different degree of “filiform”. Through the microanalysis of CVD diamond wire drawing dies and single crystal diamond wire drawing dies, it is concluded that the grain boundaries and internal defects of CVD diamonds cause the phenomenon that CVD diamond wire drawing die is more serious than using single crystal diamond wire drawing dies the reason. Proposed to reduce and avoid defects: timely repair of damaged mold, can reduce “filigree ” phenomenon; to reduce the internal defects of CVD diamond is to eliminate “filigree ” the fundamental way.
