医院管理年活动明确了“以病人为中心”的发展方向,明晰了医院的战略愿景,医院开始关注医疗安全和医疗质量,绩效管理被医院所重视。本文介绍了平衡计分卡这一“化战略为行动”的绩效管理工具,并对其在医院绩效管理的应用进行了分析,认为平衡计分卡的实施有助于医院将战略目标转化为量化管理,有助于提高医院管理水平,有助于医院绩效的持续改进。
