在全球范围内每年因细菌严重感染而死亡的患者已达数百万之多,并仍呈上升趋势。所以致病病原微生物已逐渐成为全球性的主要的健康威胁。由于病原微生物的新陈代谢快、生命周期较短及抗生素的大量滥用,使得小分子抗生素的药物结合位点突变的概率大大增加,最终出现抗性菌株。而目前新一代抗生素的发现的速度又远小于耐药性菌株出现的速度,所以新一代替代抗生素的抗菌药物研发的意义十分主要。近些年,随着大量的体外(in vitro)和体内(in vivo)研究发现,特异性鸡卵黄免疫球蛋白(抗体)-Ig Y,可以成为一个非常好的抗病原微生物感染的替代抗生素药物。除此之外,鸡卵黄-Ig Y呈现出较多的优点如:生产成本低、安全性高等,而且特异性的保护性抗体可以较为容易的大规模制备。基于大量的研究结果,我们总结特异性Ig Y用于感染性疾病的预防和治疗,抵抗绝大多数病原微生物的感染。
Every year, millions of people die each year from serious bacterial infections in the world and they are still on the rise. So pathogenic microorganisms have gradually become a major global health threat. Due to the rapid metabolism of pathogenic microorganisms, shorter life cycles and heavy abuse of antibiotics, the probability of mutation at the drug-binding site of small molecule antibiotics is greatly increased, eventually resulting in resistant strains. At present, the discovery of a new generation of antibiotics is far less than that of drug-resistant strains, so the significance of the new generation of antibiotics for the development of antibiotics is very important. In recent years, with a large number of in vitro and in vivo studies, it has been found that specific chicken egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgG) -Ig Y can be a very good alternative antibiotic against infection by pathogenic microorganisms drug. In addition, chicken yolk-IgG has many advantages such as low cost of production and high safety, and specific protective antibodies can be easily prepared on a large scale. Based on a large number of studies, we summarize specific Ig Y for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and resist the infection of most pathogenic microorganisms.
