柴枳朴槟汤对吗啡所致胃肠功能障碍小鼠的实验研究

[目的]观察柴枳朴槟汤对吗啡所致胃肠功能障碍小鼠的影响。[方法]取小鼠70只,随机分成正常组,模型组,西沙比利组,番泻叶组和柴枳朴槟汤低、中、高剂量(低、中、高剂量)组,每组10只。正常组每天皮下注射0.85%氯化钠0.15 ml/(只.d),其余各组小鼠每天皮下注射吗啡注射液(1 mg/ml)0.15 ml/(只.d)的基础上加用不同的药物灌胃,模型组予以0.85%氯化钠0.2 ml/(只.d),西沙比利组予以2%西沙比利0.2 ml/(只.d),高、中、低剂量组分别予以不同浓度(20.8、10.45、.2 g/ml)的柴枳朴槟汤0.2 ml,共喂药10 d,观察各组小鼠胃排空、小肠推进率、全肠道通过时间及6 h内粪便量。[结果]胃排空实验:西沙比利组、高剂量组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。小肠推进实验:番泻叶组、中剂量组与模型组比较,西沙比利组与高剂量组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。全肠道通过时间的测定:番泻叶组、高剂量组、西沙比利组与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。6 h内粪便量的测定:中剂量组及西沙比利组、番泻叶组、高剂量组与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]柴枳朴槟汤可促进吗啡所致胃肠功能障碍小鼠的胃排空和小肠推进,缩短粪便排出时间,增加排出量,不影响吗啡的镇痛作用。 [Objective] To observe the effects of Chaiqin Pu-Pen Decoction on morphine-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction mice. [Methods] A total of 70 mice were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group, the cisapride group, the senna leaf group, and the low-, medium-, and high-dose (low, medium, and high dose) groups of Chai Qin Pu-Tang Decoction. 10 only. [Results] Gastric emptying experiment: There was significant difference between the cisapride group and the high dose group compared with the model group (P<0.05). Intestinal propulsion experiment: Compared with the model group, the difference between the sulfabillide group and the high-dose group was statistically significant (P<0.05, <0.01). The determination of total intestinal transit time: Senna leaves group, high-dose group, cisapride group compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, <0.01). The amount of feces within 6 h was determined: the difference between the middle dose group and the cisapride group, the senna leaf group, the high dose group and the model group was statistically significant (P<0.05, <0.01). [Conclusion] Chaiqin Puqi Decoction can promote gastric emptying and small intestine advancing in mice with morphine-induced gastrointestinal dysfunction, shorten stool excretion time and increase excretion, without affecting the analgesic effect of morphine.
